Why isn't any fuel coming through my throttle body injector?

I replaced the fuel pump and fuel pump relay on a 1989 Chevy Caprice. I also changed every fuse in the car. I have to spray carb cleaner to crank it. Sometimes it will crank and run for a while then kill. I saw tha gas shoot through the injectors once. Never again.
