Feeling like crap after workout?
So, my wrestling season ended about 2 months ago. During the season and before it I was in great shape. Then after it ended all I had was a weightlifting class during he day and post-season workouts twice a week. However, after the season I took it down a notch during workouts since I was exhausted. Then school ended about 2 weeks ago and since then I've worked out twice, and today when I tried to work out I felt terrible afterwards and am still recovering from it. I was completely winded (without any cardio) and has earaches and a headache. I've noticed that in my workout room it's much colder than the rest of the house. Because of this, I wanna know if feeling like crap is strictly from me being out of shape (after 2 weeks of rest) or is a mixture of that and possibly some kind of allergies since I haven't used my workout room in about a year and it does t get much ventilation.
