What if a next war is between US, Europe and Israel from a side and the whole Middle East from other side?

i keep hearing that if Israel is directly assaulted then US will not only send mass amounts of ammunition like before but will directly interfere along with Europe as well, but most Arabs are talking about reuniting the separated 22 Arab countries (it's said to me that they are 22, so i'm not sure of that), if that ever happens, would they win a war against Israel, USA and Europe altogether? will the other Muslim countries around the world aid the supposedly reunited Arab states?
