Can I go to community college than a university?

A good friend and me are thinking of going to Florida Keys West Community College (we live in NH btw) to get residency then the next year apply for whatever state college plus its cheaper. I want to go to University of Florida I know its a top notch school and I don't know if I will be able to go if I go to community college first. Basically I want to know if UL accepts community college students and if so how well do I have to do in Community College to get into UL. Also I looked on the website for a good half hour and couldn't find anything.
