Why are the only people who put huge rims on old cars are black people?

That's not rascist that's true, ugh hate when people try to pull the rascist card, and its usually black people who try to pull it...ha any others that read this better not try and call me rascist cuz believe me if ya knew ud kno I'm far from it, but... Anyways with the car thing its all about the label or reputation the person wants. The drug dealing or hard core or rap label. But not In all cases for example i personally have a 1996 Caprice with 20 inch rims on it and I love it. :) ha! ...and I'm white! Lol but then again I grew up around cars like that; that's also how i know your statment about being mostly black people behind the wheels of those cars is true.
