What do i need to change on my car if i get 22 inch rims?

I have a 91 caprice i was thinking what upgrades or replacement parts do i need to have for "22's" im not talking about lift kits i worried more about joints, trans, brakes, gears, and things of that nature. I would like answers from people have upgraded to bigger rims than stock to answer.
