What are some anime with incredible visuals?

I mean some top notch effects and visuals and very smooth animation. The lowest being about Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood level. A good example would be like Angel Beats. I also want a good story, etc. to go with it. Please. I've watched a lot of anime and it is getting hard to find new, good shows.
